Chantise Hogue leads with clarity, compassion, and grounded intention. As the founder and CEO of Blossoming Ethos Consulting, she brings more than two decades of experience in education, leadership development, and systems transformation. She holds advanced degrees in literacy and educational leadership and is currently pursuing a doctorate focused on organizational practices that foster trust, enhance collaboration, and promote sustainable change.

Her work spans classrooms, organizational spaces, and communities, always rooted in equity, emotional intelligence, and the belief that people deserve to feel connected to the places where they learn, lead, and grow. Known for her ability to listen with intention and ask the questions that matter, Chantise helps teams move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.

Outside of consulting, she remains closely connected to the classroom. Teaching, especially with young people, reminds her that meaningful impact begins early and continues throughout life. This commitment to nurturing growth, from students to seasoned professionals, keeps her grounded in the human side of systems change.

Away from work, Chantise embraces the simple things that bring balance and joy: baking with her teenage daughter, laughing at her dog’s antics, and sharing meals and stories with loved ones. A lifelong traveler and spiritual person, she draws energy and inspiration from people, places, and diverse cultures that expand her perspective and strengthen her sense of connection.
